Understand Your Results

What Happens After Completing an ADHD Screening Test

Your screening result is only an indication of your symptoms and does not confirm an ADHD diagnosis. After completing the test, you can use your result as a starting point to reflect on any ongoing difficulties you may be experiencing and how they affect your daily activities, work or relationships.

If your results suggest that ADHD symptoms may be present, you can book a private ADHD assessment directly. You'll be guided through the next steps, which include completing your pre-assessment forms, attending your assessment appointment, and receiving personalised recommendations based on your clinical needs.

Adult ADHD Symptoms

3 Core Symptoms of Adult ADHD

Predominantly Inattentive ADHD

The quiet form of ADHD, often overlooked in women, may include difficulty maintaining focus, completing tasks, managing time, remembering items, feeling overwhelmed and losing focus during conversations.

Hyperactive-Impulsive ADHD

Physical or mental restlessness that feels difficult to control. This may include constant fidgeting, feeling the need to stay active, interrupting conversations, making impulsive decisions and struggling to wait your turn.

Combined ADHD Presentation

A common ADHD type combining inattentive and hyperactive-impulsive symptoms. It may involve procrastination, emotional challenges, rejection sensitivity, sleep difficulties and periods of burnout.
